Historians will not even claim he was a good president.

If fifelity were a prerequisite to being president, very few
would qualify, for instance Thomas Jefferson, FDR, D.D. Eisenhower,
JF Kennedy, etc. Infidelity can be attributed to anyone regardless of race,
creed, sex, etc.
