Cathy - Dick takes Mirapex, not Requip, but has taken either Naprolen or Vioxx for several years for his degenerative arthritis of the spine. No problems as far as we know. In fact, he tried Requip for a time and then went back to Mirapex, and meanwhile was still taking whatever anti-inflamatory he was on at the time. Margie, cg for Dick, 55/18 << Does anyone know if there are any problems using Vioxx (generic = rofecoxib) tablets while taking Requip? Vioxx is a "stronger ibupropen" prescribed for reducing inflamation ? >>
