Marjorie, I haven't hear of ultra sound treatments for bone spurs, but I'm calling my doctor tomorrow, because I have bone spurs up and down my spine. They don't hurt, but I'm not nearly as limber as i used to be, and I do have a great deal of crepitus. I learned this just 3 weeks ago, when I had a MRI because of a sciatic nerve problem.
