I have a similar dilemma about abortion on demand and the wholesale killing of unborn babies. The latter is now, sadly, the "law of the land". I do not attempt to force others to my beliefs. But I spend energy on trying to convince others that the positions which I hold are correct. Perhaps our society will eventually see such and change their laws. The only person for whom I am directly responsible is myself. I will not perform abortions, take stem cells from purposely-aborted fetuses, do prefrontal lobotomies, etc. And I will be able to sleep at night.
