I responded to a notice on Boston Radio, WBZ and learned that a group is planning to conduct trials with PWP whose response to L-Dopa has diminished over time. They are looking for subjects who have not had surgery and who have not yet taken Tolcapone or Entacapone, (Tasmar and Comtan?) so I assume that the trials concern those meds.
