Bob,
You just don't get it do you?  No one is asking anybody to perform abortions or take stem cells from purposely aborted fetuses.  The stem cells we are talking about are from couples who had in-vitro fertilization and only need one embryo out of many that they have produced.  THE REST GO IN THE GARBAGE.  What's the moral dilemma of using garbage to relieve people's suffering?
