Usuable, clickable links are detected autoamtically by the software.
There are 2 rules that can be used for that:

- beginning the address by http:, i.e. http://genealogie.com
- beginning the address by www, i.e. www.genealogie.com

So, if you type an address with either www or http as shown above,
most mailreader should make them automatically clickable.
