yes,i have all the 'problems' you enumerated, solution ..?..
i only take eldepryl, aand vit. E and C, stretch a lot, walk the ddog often,
tossing is eliminated if you put on a book on tape, guarantteedd to put to
sleeep in 10 minutes or less
