To Kelly Grant - In the US, Melatonin is not sold under the counter; it is right there along with all the vitamins on the shelf in the drug stores and super markets. My doctor told me to try it and I did not need a Rx. You are right. It is great. It took a week or 2 before it started to work but now I am off to sleep in a blink. Shirley
