hi Alexandra about ten years ago I took benedryl for my Parkinsons, my allergies and my problems in getting to sleep. Can't remember when I stopped taking it. Might have been when I started Permax. Or when I got tired of fighting the insurance company. Anne R ---66--dx 46--
