        As to calcium-fortified orange juice, how do you determine how much
calcium in the juice....so much per ounce?

Yes, I think it's excellent. Outside of PD, I don't worry as
much about getting people not getting enough magnesium for
calcium absorption, because it's more readily found in the
diet than calcium. So for many folks a calcium supplement is
fine. However, magnesium in the supplement is a kind of
insurance!
