To J.R. Bruman and others that have difficulty printing or reading some Parkinsn email messages, here are the following tips: 1. If messages seem to just be long lines that go off your screen on and on, turn Word Wrap ON in the options or preferences in your email program. Turning word wrap on puts all of the lines on the screen. The procedure for Eudora is click on word Edit above. From the menu click on select all. The menu will go away. Click on Edit again and words Wrap Selection will be enabled and click on that. All of the long lines will be wrapped then. If you just want to Word Wrap a few lines just hightlight them first, with the mouse, and then click on Edit and Wrap Selection will be enabled..just click on Wrap Selection. The key point is get familiar with your email program's options. 2. When attempting to print, look for the Print Preview option. That will show you what will be printed giving you additional formatting options. When you are satisified with what you see on the screen then print it. Experiment with reducing your printer font size to the next smaller number. Eudora's Print Preview option is broken and what you see on the screen is not what you get, when printed. 3. If all else fails, read and print the message online with your browser and use the browser's generally more robust print options.
