You are absolutely right on Jo Ann about no room for slander in this
campaign.  However, what I don't understand is why you and others then do
the same thing by implying that Gore is responsible for the leak of
information when there isn't one shred of evidence to prove it.  In fact,
the evidence is there of who actually did leak the information (no
connection with the Gore campaign).  What does Gore's father have to do with
it?  Where is the evidence of his imappropriate behavior?  Why condemn
slander, then dish some back?  We are seeing slander involving a real event
and "false" slander involving an untruth and unproven information and
neither is acceptable.  Can't we be civilized?
