Dear Jim, Hi Jim I am Sandy. I am 40 years of age and have had pd for over 20 years. Pain is a real thing. I suffered with left shoulder pain then tremor showed itself. I know for a fact that pd causes pain. Most doctors have a misconception that it does not cause pain. I generally treat with tyleno pm. Please consult your doctor first. If the knee you had surgery on is where the pain is I would definitely get an appointment.
