Norm - You don't mention whether your mother sees a movement disorder specialist. If not, please do what you can to help her find one. Even if one believes in withholding Sinemet (our movement disorder specialist isn't one who does) until later in the illness, she is certainly far enough along now to start taking it. The meds you mention all had either no effect of very negative side effects for my husband. His best results are from taking regular Sinemet with Mirapex. Good luck. Margie cg for Dick, 56/19
