Greg and Edward,
Down here the Homeless use the address of the Local Salvation Army and
get a picture ID from the Fort Lauderdale Police Dept. for $3.00.
They all get library cards, and many of them are quite intelligent.
They have now Unionized and have started a newspaper called "The
Homeless Voice", they stand out on street corners and try to get
you to purchase their newspapers .

Yesterday morning, when we were in McDonald's for breakfast,
a young man came to me and told me he was on the streets for
awhile and he was hungry. I gave him enough money to buy his
breakfast, but only if he'd buy breakfast ,and not leave with the
money. My husband ,at this time was up purchasing our breakfast,
well it tickled this guy so much to think that someone gave him
money for breakfast that when he went over to the self-service
area, after purchasing his breakfast, he started "God Blessing"
everyone over there and proceeded to hug everyone, including
my husband.
Then he comes over to show me he had indeed purchased his
breakfast before he took his "to go" breakfast out the back door.

When my husband brought our food he said "There is some
guy up there "God Blessing" and hugging everyone, did he
come back here?

"No Bob, I missed that."!!!

just me,
Marjorie
