Parkinson patients unresponsive to anything is probably not idiopathic PD.
A recent studie from Britain showed that around 20 % of PD patients is
misdiagnosed and has another diagnosis associated with Parkinson features.

Remember, Parkinson can so far only be diagnosed after death.
