The net system used in the election digital procedure is independent from the
Internet WWW and so isolate the hackers actions that usually give preference to the
systems sold by Bill Gates (the most used one) .

You are right that nothing in this world is 100 % guarantee , but if you can
achieve  around the 99 %  and over that's pretty good. It is here that a well
planed digital procedure with photos , checking , etc will avoid such confusions .

I noticed also that many ballots were lost by confusion in the procedure and not
caused by the action of hackers.
