First I would like to publically thank janet for all the work she's gone to in posting my poems on a web site, and then making me my "very own web site". I have no idea how to do something like this, and I really appreciate her volunteering to do this for me. Second, I wanted to thank Bern for adding the link? (not the missing one I hope :>)) to his web page - I've read your poems bernie, and I feel very honored you think mine are good enough to include a link to. Finally, I would like to thank everyone on the list who has read and or replied to my poem postings...the positive encouragement I got from this list was the primary reason I kept writing after I started. So far, in the past year, I have had about 20 poems published in printed media, and I am now in the process of writing a description of each poem and putting them in a collection which hopefully will be published in the near future - something I would have never dreamed possible. I really wonder now how I survived without writing - it helps me, and more importantly, the comments I get back from people who are moved by my poems make me want to write all that much more. After 5 days, most 20 hours plus, I think my computer is finally fixed, so I will try to get caught up on my emails, letters, and posting some poems in the near future.
