Barb,

I am a retired psychiatrist and have a great deal of experience in
prescribing Lithium for psychiatric reasons. I am aware of Dr. Lang's use
of it for cramps via my good friend Bill Harshaw. The advise you have
gotten so far is good. Tremor especially a fine tremor is common for
Lithium. However the danger comes from symptoms such as diarhea. excessive
thirst, nausea and vomiting and confusion. The tremor probably means that
the dose is higher than optimum. Are you taking it 1 or 2 times per day or
more often. The standard dose usually is between 900-1500 mg/ day for mania.

Check with your doctor to be sure.
