Audrey - There are so many drugs that are absorbed by the liver and thereby affect the liver. For example, Tylenol is poisonous to a heavy drinker . Of course you said John doesn't drink, but I'm just using that as an example. I'm no doctor, but sometimes if the gall bladder is bad, it also can have radiating pain to the liver area. He really should check with his doctor as soon as possible. Will write more later. Have lots to tells you. Jo Ann
