Seeing the number and gravity of edema incidence reported by list members, I'm surprised that nothing like it got into the PDR (package insert) article. Used to trusting those articles like gospel, now not so sure. I can't recall seeing any such reports in journal literature, although I haven't searched. The PDR article does mention edema reported by a few (on the order of 1%) trial subjects, including those with early PD as well as advanced PD; but in both cases a comparable number who got only placebo also reported it, so that alone doesn't pin the blame on Mirapex.
