Anyone else thought of this parallel? We've got a campaign that looks a lot like the Wizard Of Oz story. Cheney is looking for a heart, GW.'s looking for a brain, Lieberman is the cowardly lion, running from his former record, and Gore just wants to go home (DC). He certainly isn't welcome in Tennessee. The King is like the Man-Behind-The-Curtain, hoping no one pays attention, and the Witch, well, fill in the blank yerself. Add in the legions of lawyers representing the Munchkin's lollipop guild (Bush's) and the flying monkeys (Gore's), with Warren Christopher as Toto, and the picture is complete. Jus for fun, Gail
