EJB Dear EJB, I have experimented with laser pointers... while they may be useful for overcoming a freeze they are not very effective for gait hesitation i.e. maintaining gait while "on the fly". This is because they don't generate the apparent motion that a stationery object does as one steps over it i.e. it moves with the subject. The other problems are that this is not a hands-free device and is socially conspicuous. Tom
