include a section called "FIGHTING SPAM" -- I use a free spam-
fighting service found at

You can either forward spam you receive to them or use a web
interface to paste the spam into and they process it, divining
up who the *real* offending spammer is. Then it generates an e-
mail to report the spammer to the spammer's ISP, as well as the
ISP of any "spamvertised" websites. I have been using this
service from a throwaway e-mail address for about 6-8 months now
and I have never received a spam at that address (which tells me
that the ISPs I have been reporting spam to have not compromised
that address). I have processed over 700 spams in this time
frame.
