Ray - I like what you wrote to Ivan and publicly at that. I'm guilty of flaring up quickly and saying my piece. Then I let it go and get on with my life, while the person I said it to "pouts" for a week. I've been called down by our Barbara P and by another angel in disguise. Each time I promise to be more careful what I say, and then about 6 weeks later someone rattles my cage. I guess if I were married and could "fuss" at my husband, I would be calmer on e-mail.
