Howdy Nancy, Fleurette and list family, I have found that relaxtion Yoga is the only thing, other than sleep, that causes my tremor to stop. It also helps with balance and streching of the muscles. I have found a good book, called "Parkinson's Disease & Me - The Art of Moving" by John Argue. It has instructions and pictures of simple but effective yoga poses and also some Tia Chi. It was recommeded to me by my Physio Therapist.
