hi kelly ! Thank u for the reply. Gosh.. I wish ..well if u saw my tremors u may freak:) I am use to them. Been around for decades. Anyway , yes I stretch and exercise daily. Sometimes I feel like that is all I do, but as all neuromuscular disorder people know- move it or use it. Kelly ur letter could not have come at a better time. I mean it made me smile. I just lost another home health aide. They love to put my 120. compression hose in the washing machine. Anyway..... I have been using different size gym balls that they sell in rehab catalogues and toy stores. I also sit up against the blue therapy ball as oppose to the wall, to keep my shoulders from curving. Preston Sammons has a box of exercises that u can do with the different size balls. Helps with the balance too. http://www.sammonspreston.com/ The book by J. Argue was in the Wellness site and the reviews were excellent. The site had quite a few books on PD and movement. http://www.wellnessbooks.com/parkinsons/ well that is about it for now. thank u again Sincerely, nancy m.
