The Michael J. Fox Foundation (http://www.michaeljfox.org/#) has
established its first grant program for research on the causes of and
cure
for Parkinson's disease, and is soliciting investigator-initiated grant
applications for a first round of funding. These grants are available to
both U.S. and non-U.S. researchers, and will be "fast-tracked" for
immediate consideration and funding. Proposals of no more than 5 pages
must be received by February 1st, 2001, with announcement of awards
expected by March 2001.
