Mario, what medications do you take first thing in the morning, and how
long does it take them to "kick in?" Could it be that as PD progresses
you are becoming undermedicated? If you are using Sinemet, it might be
helpful to chew 1/2 of a regular Sinemet 100 for a quicker "start" first
thing in the morning -- this would be a good thing to discuss with your
neurologist. If you are not using Sinemet, perhaps your neurologist will
want to add it to your medication regime for better management of your
bradykinesia. Feel free to give the List as much information as you are
comfortable with, this will help other to provide the best possible
advice.
