Ivan, you asked, "Is anyone interested in helping to draft similar legislation in their states?" Count me in! Please send me a copy ASAP of the proposed law. Ancillary info to go with it would be helpful. There are over 300 PWP activists on my personal mailing list, who may want this info. Different states will have different problems and emphasis.
