I had sleep attack problems with Mirapex. I cut the dosage and added Requip of equivalent amount that was cut. I don't have any sleep attacks any more. Some docs will say they are the same med, but they are slightly different and one is eliminated through the liver and the other through the kidney. that may -- or may not -- explain the difference in reactions. I also tried Requip by itself, but it did nothing for me that-a-way. Sid Levin
