Regarding a book holder, I have been using a homemade one for years now which is suggested by Dr. Dwight McGoon in his book about PD called The Parkinson's Handbook. Dr. McGoon was a surgeon at the Mayo Clinic until his Parkinson's tremor took over. This is a very useful book, full of good hints. On page 100 you will find directions for making one of the book holders. They are fairly simple to make and use ordinary materials. Hope this is helpful. Marge Moylan 56/41/39
