It might not be the ball that is giving you trouble. Look where the ball sits. There are two small rollers that control the direction of the curser. They often pick up fiber and dust and prevents the roller from turning - thus the curser can't go up or down. With a tweezers pick out the fibers. . Howard ----- Original Message ----- From: B.
