From one non-MD to another: instead of increasing Sinemet, I'd suggest introducing some Mirapex and maintaining or reducing the Sinemet. My reasoning is based on CORRIGAN et al [PMID 10812530] who report that pramipexole is an effective anti-depressant, on par with fluoxetine [Prozac], along with the generally successful use of Mirapex together with Sinemet.
