You may find that once dopamine is released, after
the L-DOPA in Sinemet breaks down, or that in Sinemet
in combination with other drugs, you have increased
libido.
You may experience a stronger, but temporary erection. You
may experience more lubrication early in the erect state....
Meanwhile, PD itself may make either your
reaching an orgasm , or also externally ejaculating,
progressivley more difficult.
