Janet--I'm not at all familiar with the ODP, except as you describe it. The isst of deleted sites suggests to me that they are eliminating "personal" websites and anything that is a bit "commercial" (e.g." Voices" ) As I don't know what their guidelines are, it's hard to say, but must be frustrating for you after your volunteer services. Too bad....... Are they focusing more on info re: groups and medical resources? If so, do they include the CARE website, for example? Just wondering..... >>SNIPPED >web sites have been repeatedly added to the pd category >which clearly do not meet the odp guidelines > >web sites which were added by myself >and which did meet the odp guidelines >were either deleted or were heavily edited > >sites deleted from my most recent listing were: >kathrynne holden's >bob armentrout's >joe bruman's >murray charters' >joan snyder's mention of "voices from the parking lot" >jim finn's >barbara patterson's >the PARKINSN page at L-Soft >camilla flintermann's >art hirsch's SNIPPED Camilla Flintermann, CG for Peter 82/70/55 Oxford, Ohio <[log in to unmask]> on the web at http://members.tripod.lycos.nl/genugten/flinterm.htm and also at http://www.geocities.com/camillahf/index.html "Ask me about the CARE list for Caregivers of Parkinsonians !
