I have experienced a stiff, sore shoulder and neck for several weeks and wondered if it was PD related. My PD symptoms have all been left-sided heretofore but this is on the right side. Possibly it is a 'cold' that settled in the neck muscles. It does not seem to limit my arm motion but it is very painful to turn my head to the right. It seems to respond to Sinemet but then many things do which are unrelated to PD. Just a part of growing older: things which should be flexible are stiff; things which should be stiff are flexible!
