I doubt if most folks would want to part with their personal films!!!!!!

I would talk to your neurologist or local hospital radiologist about
obtaining some copies of films with all patient identification removed.  You
will find that each study is individulized and and cannot  be compared to
the next one.  There are variations in densities between all studies and I
don't think you will be able to interpret differences.  Your closest medical
school library will also have pictures in atlas's and MRI texts.  These will
include some explanation with the pictures and would probably be more useful
to you.
