HOW DO U GET EXEMPT FROM PAYING UR PROPERTY TAXES?
HOW DO U GET UR ELECTRIC BILL PAID FOR?

I AM BY NO MEANS SAYING U SHOULDN'T OR SHOULD OR WHATEVER. I JUST AM
INTERESTED IN MAINE LAWS concerning waiver health.
