My age is 51. I was diagnosed 6 years ago with PD. My question: What causes spasms in my left arm and left leg? Under medicated? Over medicated? Stress? Lack of sleep? When these spasms occur, my left leg feels "like it's out of place at the hip", and my left arm pulls upward becoming uncontrollable. Before the spasms occur, I usually have a weak, shaky feeling in both legs. The spasms last from 15-40 min. They occur several times per week. Thanks, Jon
