Greg,

It troubles me tremendously that for whatever reason,
I feel like George Orwell's "1984"  is reoccurring.  IF
the money and time that the State of Maine is spending
to investigate and challenge me were instead spent on
helping people with Parkinson's , we would all  probably
be enjoying a  better quality of life.

Does Pennsylvania allow home health care based
on being consumer-directed??
