Carline has problems with her speech too, slurred and low volume. Her speech is best in the morning and in the evening just before retiring. There was a suggestion a few days ago on this forum that Sinemet actually makes speech worse. I am wondering if this is not happening with her. I am less sure whether the effect is due to the sleep-benefit i.e. simply resting but this would be inconsistent with an improvement in the evening. K-F cg Carline
