Hi ves,
The first thing anyone suffering incontinence should do.... is seek out a
professional opinion from their GP and possibly a referral to a Urologist.

"Persons with urinary incontinence should be alerted to the importance
of reporting their symptoms to a health care professional and of
asserting their right to proper assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. The
first steps to treatment are acknowledgment of the problem and
appropriate assessment and diagnosis."
