I have had very similar experiences, my speech is best? when I first awake, then deteriorates into 'cycles' per medication timing as Nigel indicated below. Meds rare Sinimet, Selegiline, Baclofen,,Prozac, and Hydrocodone. other than speech ,my problems are mostly rigidiiy and minor tremors, with chronic muscle spasms in hands, feet, and neck.
