I've had PD now for 4 1/2 years and what was once a loss of natural arm swing is now an inability to even consciously swing my arm. I also find it very difficult to repetitively quickly bend my arm at the elbow from straight to 90 degrees and back straight. I'm taking Sinemet, Comtan and Mirapex, but have problems regardless of where I am in my med cycle. More or less meds doesn't help. How common is this especially this early in the disease?
