Aqua aerobics!!! Increase ROM and decrease pain, all over the body. This week I also begin land aerobics and stretching exercises to decrease pain in both hips. I was dx with PD Jan. l998, and also have much osteoarthritis in the cervical spine and lumbar area. Distinguishing OA from PD apparently is impossible. Just when I think I 've got the hang of it, pain starts somewhere else.
