Hi, As I mentioned in an earlier, though lengthy msg, there are products available by prescription besides the over-the-counter stuff. My dentist is checking them out for me before giving me the prescription, so I have not tried them yet. But even if they don't work for me, they may work for you, so I would inquire about it. One Rx is something you take, swallow, the other is applied to the teeth and/or mouth. My dentist and pharmacist say they are very different from the OTC products. There's still hope, Charlotte
