Please do not suck on candy when u are laying down, tired, ect. U may
choke. Not the greatest for teeth either.

Please guys check with ur docs if u have a persistent coughs and dry
throat and/or surrounding areas. It may signal something else. Depends
on the patients history and habits.

Believe it people actually go to college and grad school to specialize
in swallowing,ect AND take State boards exams AND practice for one year
at least after a graduate education.  Many also studying for decades
after that as boring as that may sound, swallowing and related subjects
are quite interesting to some people:)

Swallowing, breaking of ur teeth, fluids, blood circulation are
important for ur docs to know about.
