Yes, I also have dry mouth but only at night. During the day I have a build-up of mucous in my throat and am continually clearing my throat. I sound hoarse when I speak. My left ear also gets stuffed by the mucous. I don't take sinemet. I take Mirrapex and Amantadinie. Ginny
